9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.
